Fairfield Development – Vero – Chelsea Phase I & II
This project, completed in two phases, involved constructing approximately 600,000 square feet of multilevel post-tensioned slabs. The accelerated schedule required a 70 man crew per phase to meet the deadline. Raycon Construction’s ability to execute under pressure resulted in timely delivery for the client.
