Brookline Development – The Monroe

A mid-rise project featuring 8 stories of post-tensioned slabs, this development demonstrated Raycon’s versatility in mid-rise construction. The greatest challenge was working within a highly congested urban area in Greater Boston without the use of a tower crane. Despite the constraints, Raycon delivered outstanding results, showcasing the team’s problem-solving capabilities.
