Dellbrook Construction – The Caldwell

This project involved constructing a 36-inch-thick podium at 18 feet high, supporting 10 stories of Infinity Structures’ Epicore MSR composite floor system. Raycon executed the stair shaft, elevator cores, and topping slabs for the Infinity System. The highlight of the project was a single podium-level pour that used three pumps to place 1,500 yards of concrete. This project underscores our capacity for large-scale concrete work under demanding specifications.
