The Residences @ The Aquarium

This project involved constructing a lower-level parking garage with a post-tensioned (PT) transfer slab to support 22 multifamily units, along with a structural slab pool. Despite the tight site and complex conditions, Raycon’s performance and leadership kept the project advancing smoothly under all challenges.
